The frequency lists are intended to give everyone an indication of what frequencies are most commonly used by the club members. This gives anyone interested in acquiring a new radio (and channel) an opportunity to see which ones are unused, have little use, or are congested. Based on the current list, only a few channels have 4 or more people using it so there isn't any real congestion to speak of but there are several that don't have anyone using them at all so there are plenty of choices.
NOTE: Keep in mind that we only track current or recent members of the club
and even then it is fairly informal. At a fun fly (especially a large one like
Gander), any frequency could be heavily populated so there are no guarantees
that any channel will be open at a given event. Judge accordingly.
